Wincanton a double finalist at the Personnel Today Awards

HR Team of the Year: The people team has been shortlisted for the HR Team of the Year Award, which recognises excellence in the role HR plays in the delivery and execution of a business or organisations’ strategy.

Apprenticeship Employer of the Year: Wincanton’s wide-ranging apprenticeship programmes, incorporating its fast-track Future Driver Apprenticeship programme, have been recognised in our nomination for the Apprenticeship Employer of the Year Award.

The Personnel Today Awards celebrate the very best achievements and innovations in HR and learning and development in businesses and organisations across the UK. The winners will be announced on 15 November 2022 at a ceremony in London.
