Wincanton wins Best Diversity and Inclusion Strategy at HR Excellence Awards

Wincanton, a leading supply chain partner for UK business, is delighted to announce it has won the Best Diversity and Inclusion Strategy at the HR Excellence Awards.

Wincanton was rewarded for proactively recognising and embracing the benefits that a diverse and inclusive workplace brings to business growth and our 20,300 colleagues.

The prestigious judging panel also recognised Wincanton for actively engaging in initiatives that promote and develop careers in logistics to those in under-represented groups.

Such initiatives include our collaboration with Screwfix and charities ESO and Mencap which creates opportunities for individuals with learning disabilities to experience life in logistics.
