We spoke to Chris Platts, Co-founder and CEO of ThriveMap about taking part in W2 Labs 2021...
Tell us about ThriveMAP and what your product offers?
We create personalised pre-hire assessments for volume hiring. Uniquely, our assessments take candidates through a virtual ‘day in the life’ experience of the job to ensure a fit on both sides.
Why did you apply to be a part of W2 Labs?
To explore the value our pre-hire assessment solution has on Wincanton's volume hiring. Specifically, how it reduces new hire attrition, improves new hire performance, saves time and reduces hiring bias.
What do you see as the key benefits of collaboration between start-ups and large companies like Wincanton?
It can be difficult for large enterprises to be agile with new technologies. Working with start-ups like ourselves will mean Wincanton can test whether solutions will make a tangible impact.
Where do you see your business in five years’ time?
In five years’ time, we want to have built the world's most engaging and fair digital assessment platform.
What does it mean to you to secure a place on the programme?
It means we can get real-time feedback on our solution and product roadmap, as well as demonstrate tangible business value. This is critical to building a platform people love using and that delivers value to large organisations.
