Wincanton highly commended for two prestigious CIPD People Management Awards

Wincanton has been highly commended twice at the prestigious CIPD People Management Awards. 

Its innovative People Campus solution, which facilitates Wincanton colleagues working across complementary workflows over a variety of customer contracts, was highly commended for the Best Resourcing Initiative Award. 

In addition, the Wincanton NextGen leadership development programme was also highly commended for the Best Talent Management Initiative. 

The CIPD People Management Awards are the benchmark for excellence in HR, and the three nominations build on Wincanton’s success at the HR Excellence Awards in 2022, where its People team won the Team of the Year award.
