Wincanton nominated for three prestigious CIPD People Management Awards
Wincanton has been nominated for three prestigious CIPD People Management Awards, recognising its innovation, talent management and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
The CIPD People Management Awards are the benchmark for excellence in HR, and the three nominations build on Wincanton’s success at the HR Excellence Awards in 2022, where its People team won the Team of the Year award.
• Our innovative People Campus solution has been recognised for the Best Resourcing Initiative Award alongside the Crown Prosecution Service; the Northern Ireland Department for the Economy; EY; HCA Healthcare UK; Mphasis UK and Royal Mail.
• Our NextGen leadership development programme is shortlisted for the Best Talent Management Initiative alongside Accenture; AstraZeneca; Civil Service HR Casework; Reed in Partnership and Transport for London.
• Our continuing progress in diversity and inclusion have been nominated for the Best Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Initiative alongside Anglo American; Arup and AMS; EY; Reed in Partnership and SteppingUP Learning Academy.
The winners are announced on 21 September.
